Everwood is ideally located on the Southeastern edge of Durham with easy access to I-40, Hwy. 54, the RTP, Duke and Chapel Hill.
Current Durham County school assignments are Creekside Elementary, Githens Middle School and Jordan High School.
Everwood will have a total of 58 single family homes scheduled to be built out over the next 2-3 year period. The community is surrounded by residential neighborhoods; with single family homes to the rear (Ashworth Estates), left (Jean Avenue), and back right corner (Woodberry Drive). The U.S. Corp of Engineers owns the property to the right of the community. Property across the street is owned by Duke Energy and the U.S. Corp of Engineers.
The community will have restrictive covenants as well as a Home Owner's Association. Home Owner Association dues will be approximately $45 a month.
